A new plant was completed on the site of our old head office plant in October 2022, and a commissioning (igniting) ceremony was held on November 7 of the same year. We have thus far finished installing an 850-ton die-casting machine and are checking linkages with post-processing steps and conducting trial production runs. As a plant designed to accommodate the electrification of automobiles, our new head office plant is capable of housing ten medium-sized to large machines. Beginning in 2023, we plan to install 850-, 1,300-, 1,100-, and 1,250-ton machines later in order.
