We will operate our business based on the use of our quality management system and shall continuously strive to attain our quality objectives. Through activities for the attainment of these objectives, we will review the effectiveness of our quality management system and work on making further improvements.

Human rights policy
The MINO Group is committed to fulfilling its responsibility to respect human rights, which are a fundamental birthright of all people, across all of our good-manufacturing processes. To this end, we have enacted the MINO Group Human Rights Policy based on the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and will take the lead in contributing to the sustainable growth of society through the practice of good faith corporate actions in each country and region in which we operate. The MINO Group supports and respects international norms of human rights and supports and will work on implementing the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

Supply chain initiatives
In recent years, as expectations in sustainability initiatives on the part of global companies have increased, global issues on a global scale have diversified, in particular with respect to how we should address global warming and other environmental issues and prevent human rights and labor issues across entire supply chains. By changing the name of the MINO Industry Suppliers and CSR Guidelines to the MINO Group Suppliers and Sustainability Guidelines, we have revised these guidelines in order to more clearly present them to the general public. We will continue to collaborate with all members of our supply chain with the aim of achieving a sustainable society.
