Aiming to realize a sustainable society as a global company in line with our management philosophy as reflected in our company creed and basic principles
Since our founding in 1950, we at MINO Industry Co., Ltd., and the companies that belong to our corporate group have sought to contribute to the sustainable development of society through good faith corporate activities in each country and region in which we operate.
To this end, we formulated and released the MINO Industry Suppliers and CSR Guidelines in May 2010 in order to engage in appropriate actions as a global company in line with our management philosophy as reflected in our company creed and basic principles and which describes what kind of company we aspire to be, and have been operating in compliance with these Guidelines ever since.
At the same time, global companies in recent years are increasingly expected to engage in sustainability initiatives in response to the diversification of issues on a global scale and issues that have a global impact, particularly in terms of how we address global warming and other environmental concerns and the prevention of problems concerning human rights and labor matters throughout our supply chain.
While the essence of the activities that we have been undertaking to date with you all will remain unchanged, we are changing the name of the MINO Industry Suppliers and CSR Guidelines to the MINO Group Suppliers and Sustainability Guidelines in light of the context set forth above. In this way, we have revised these guidelines in order to more clearly present them to the general public.
We ask our suppliers to continue to understand the aims of these guidelines, comply with the law and the spirit of the law, and put them into practice within their own companies. We also ask that your suppliers develop and implement guidelines that are consistent with our own.
We call upon all members of our supply chain to continue to understand and cooperate as we all work together to try and achieve a sustainable society.

Basic Policy on
Sustainability
The MINO Group regards its mission as follows: To elevate the comfort of end-users by being involved in development and manufacturing work centered on formed and fabricated materials that can be used in mobility-related businesses and to work on reducing the burden on the global environment. In order to achieve this mission, we formulated a Basic Policy on Sustainability to enable all of our employees to engage in actions that are suitable for a global company in the context of interactions with society and stakeholders. The MINO Group will take the initiative in contributing to the sustainable development of society through good faith corporate activities in each country and region in which we operate.
