Processing special shapes
We regard the integration of everything from die-casting to the completion of processing at our company to be a strength of ours. In order to satisfy our clients’ needs, we continue to take on the challenge of addressing seemingly intractable problems every day. In order to minimize the variations that arise in each individual die-cast product in the context of processing, we focus on the design of processing jigs and cutting tools and the development of processing methods (such as in terms of processing conditions and sequence).
When it comes to products that are subject to stricter standards, we take measurements inside processing machines and work to design processes to accommodate variations in the dimensions of die-cast products and changes due to the surrounding environment (such as in terms of temperature).

Processing machines
These facilities are designed to cut products.
They are highly flexible and can cut at high speeds. Our processing machines can accommodate initiatives related to carbon neutrality.
Cleaning machines
Products that have been processed are coated with cutting oil (coolant) with the aim of reducing the cutting load and lowering the heat generated between the cutting tools and the product.
Cleaning machines are used primarily to remove oil and foreign matter after processing. Nozzles are attached to the inside of these machines to match the shape of the product. Aimed cleaning is capable of achieving a foreign matter level of 0.2 millimeters or less.
Blowing machines
Blowing machines are designed to remove moisture remaining inside the product after the cleaning stage. Inside these machines, the product is shaken, and moisture is removed.
As with cleaning machines, nozzles are attached to the inside of these machines to match the shape of the product and allow even products with shapes that are resistant to blowing to be properly dried.
Leak machines
Leak machines are designed to check the airtightness of water channels in products. High-precision airtightness inspections can be conducted using ambient air or helium gas.
Pipe press-fitting machines
These machines are used to press-fit connector-connecting components for water channels. Components in question automatically undergo everything from the application of adhesives to press-fitting.
Thus, variations due to human actions do not arise, and quality is ensured through the use of these machines.
