Ginnosuke Takei is appointed the first president of the Company.

Recipient of an award conferred by the prefectural governor through a diagnostic program for small- to medium-sized companies.

A new place of business and plant are established in Tegano, Nakatsugawa City, Gifu Prefecture.
The plant is designated a model plant for the rationalization of small- to medium-sized companies.

The zinc die-casting division is spun off as an independent company called Nakatsu Industries Co., Ltd.

Capital is increased to 20 million JPY.
1965

Ginnosuke Takei is appointed chairman.
Hideo Sugimoto is appointed the second president of the Company.
The business is relocated to its current location from Tegano in Nakatsugawa City for plant expansion reasons.1969

YKL Co., Ltd., is established.
Sakamoto Plant B is newly established inside the Nakatsugawa Core Industrial Park.
